Live from Dallas Market: Day 3

Our team is in the great state of Texas this week visiting the Dallas Lighting Market, our industry’s biggest event of the year. We’re sharing some of our top finds from our favorite brands.

We’re checking out what’s new from Robert Abbey, which includes brand new designs from Rico Espinet, Jonathan Adler and Mary McDonald. A few of our favorites include:

Albert Collection by Robert Abbey

The new Albert Collection by Robert Abbey

Albert Collection: Matching contemporary silhouettes with a restorative touch is one of the styles Robert Abbey creates best, and the new Albert Collection (a floor and table lamp, wall sconce and pendant) represents that well.

Left: New Rio Pendants; Right: Part of Robert Abbey’s new Ohai collection, both from Jonathan Adler

New from Jonathan Adler: Adler’s cheeky mid-century style is apparent in his new designs for Robert Abbey, which includes the Rio collection (pendant shown above, at left), a pendant and sconce with retro appeal. The Ohai collection is another J.A. introduction, which pairs an aged brass finish with walnut accents in a pendant and side table that are both timeless and fitting for today’s contemporary tastes.

New Mary McDonald Designs: The star of Bravo TV’s Million Dollar Decorators is back with new additions to her lighting collection for Robert Abbey. Her Pythagoras collection features clean, geometric lines in a pendant, wall sconce and table lamp. A Polished Nickel or Matte Brass finish gives this line McDonald’s signature elegant touch.

Stay tuned for more introductions from Dallas, and we’ll let you know as soon as new items become available for purchase.
